At Fresh 'n Fit Cuisine, we believe eating healthy should be the easiest choice to make. That's why we've been creating and delivering healthy, chef-prepared gourmet meals for customers across Metro Atlanta and the Southeast since 2003. Our passion is to provide the freshest, most convenient way for you to meet your nutrition and fitness goals without having to plan, cook or settle for frozen, preservative-filled products.

We're employee-owned and -operated, and we support our local farmers and food producers by using locally-sourced ingredients and products. From our state-of-the-art kitchen in Atlanta, Ga., our executive chef, registered dietitian and culinary team create delicious 1,200- or 1,800-calorie/day meal plans in weekly rotating menus that you can customize. From convenient, twice-weekly delivery or pickup, to exceptional customer support, Fresh 'n Fit Cuisine takes the guesswork out of eating healthy.

Executive Chef

With more than 10 years of experience, Micah brings an exceptional level of expertise to Fresh 'n Fit Cuisine’s culinary team. In addition to leading a team of 5 chefs, he manages the daily operations of the Fresh 'n Fit Cuisine kitchen, ensuring consistency and excellence in the quality and taste of our food. With a broad knowledge of menu and dessert planning, butchering, pastries, baking, charcuterie and sausage making, Micah's extensive skills translate to meals that are not only innovative but mouth-watering as well.

Aaron McCray

Sous Chef

Aaron received his Applied Science degree in Culinary Arts in 1997, and has been cooking ever since. Having worked in a variety of roles such as Kitchen Manager, Production Chef and Executive Chef, Aaron has built a solid foundation of experience with menu design and planning, kitchen operations, stock and demi-glaze production, desserts, soups and sauces, as well as specializing in international cuisines.

Danielle Boorn

Sous Chef

After receiving her culinary arts degree from the Art Institute of Atlanta, Danielle began her almost 2 decades long career as a line cook. Armed with little more than passion and an unstoppable drive, she worked her way up to a variety of positions that included pastry chef, baker, catering director as well as executive chef at several Atlanta-based establishments. A truly memorable moment of her career came when was she was selected to participate in season 11 of Hell’s Kitchen. Gaining immeasurable experience from Chef Gordon Ramsey, Danielle continues to impress her team every day with her positive attitude, attention to detail and creative culinary solutions.

    Elston is a consumer marketing executive with 20+ years of experience driving product marketing strategies that position start-ups and Fortune 500 companies for accelerated revenue growth and market expansion. Prior to being recruited to lead Fresh 'n Fit by the previous owner, he was vice president at a healthy food plan company where he led the company from start-up to market leader within 2 years.

    Senior Vice President of Operations

    With over 20 years of experience in operations, retail management and customer service, Phyllis has also taught continuing education classes for the Franklin Covey Leadership Training, Consulting and Management program. Before joining our team, she served as Operations Manager in the healthy meal plan industry, where she developed an effective Customer Success Model that resulted in increased customer retention for more than 6 years in a row. That should come as no surprise especially since the Fresh 'n Fit Cuisine experience is based on providing you with delicious meals and great customer service.
