At Fresh 'n Fit Cuisine, we provide a fresh, local option for customers wanting a convenient way to eat healthy without the hassle of planning and cooking or ordering from one of those national companies that ship their frozen product loaded with preservatives across the country. Our menus are developed by our Executive Chef and professional culinary team, nutritionally balanced by our Registered Dietitian and prepared in our USDA-inspected kitchen located in Cumming, Georgia, just northeast of Atlanta. We offer our customers a choice of 1200 and 1800 calorie meal plans to ensure proper nutrition for everyone’s weight loss or health goals.
Our company believes in delivering health benefits through nutritionally balanced, delicious, fresh meals. You’ll never find freeze dried, astronaut food or a meal replacement shake packed with chemicals. We purchase our food from local vendors, ensuring us the best and freshest quality ingredients available. Our kitchen is also USDA-inspected and certified. Our meals are sent to outside labs for testing to ensure that they meet USDA standards for safety and quality.

Elston is a Consumer Marketing Executive with 20+ years of experience driving product marketing strategies that position start-ups and Fortune 500 companies for accelerated revenue growth and market expansion. His skills include combining solid corporate and field experience, creative aptitude, and keen market insight to execute cost-effective campaigns across diverse online and offline media channels.
Elston has proven experience in cultivating sustainable relationships with vendors, media agencies, and strategic partners. He is a leader with success across core functions from strategic planning and acquisition integration, through P&L management and process improvement.
Prior to being recruited to lead Fresh 'n Fit by the previous owner, Elston held the position of Vice President at a healthy food plan company where he led the company from start-up to profitability within 2 years. Prior work experience also includes National Marketing Director for AfterHours Formalwear and Vice President of Marketing for the Southeast Division of The Sherwin Williams Company.
Elston has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Florida State University and a Masters in Business Administration in Marketing Management from Mercer University.
Senior Vice President of Operations
Phyllis has over 20 years experience in retail management and customer service. While focusing on a career in management and operations, she completed numerous continuing education programs in leadership training, learning habits of effective people, managers and sales. Phyllis also taught continuing education programs in time management for Franklin Covey Leadership Training, Consulting and Management.
Phyllis comes to Fresh 'n Fit Cuisine from a recent position as Operations Manager with a company serving the healthy meal plan industry. Having 7 years of industry experience in customer service and operations, she developed and implemented a customer tracking & report database and customer service processes. Her Customer Success Model was implemented company wide and resulted in increases of customer retention 6 years in a row.
Phyllis' strengths include logistics development in which she developed cost containment and operational efficiency measures for a start up company. These business operation tools required successful collaboration with management, the culinary operations team, registered dieticians, vendors and the order delivery team.
Vice President of Business Development
Mark has over 15 years of successful experience in contributing to the growth of multiple retail and b2b operations. In his previous role as Sales Representative for Fresh 'n Fit Cuisine, Mark's leadership played a significant role in the tremendous growth of the company over the past few years. His success is a result of the long and respectful relationships he has developed over the years, combined with his personable, enthusiastic and high energy character.
With 7 years of healthy meal plan industry experience, Mark is responsible for increasing Fresh 'n Fit's business by building partnerships and collaborating with the fitness and wellness community. He has an unparalleled depth of industry knowledge and active participation in healthcare related promotions, open house and customer appreciation events in the fitness clubs, health fairs, and community events.
Mark's past experience includes successful account management roles with businesses throughout the Southeast that included fitness clubs, vitamin and nutrition stores, wellness facilities, and corporate businesses.
Director, Corporate and Healthcare Business Development
David is an experienced business development professional with a concentration on the health and wellness industry in the recent 5 years. A highly skilled culinary staff and the only USDA inspected kitchen in the industry, in the Metropolitan Atlanta area, are among a few reasons for David’s enthusiasm in joining Fresh ‘n Fit’s team.
Understanding the corporate and healthcare industry is where David excels. With over 20 years of corporate sales and business development, his expertise includes the ability to listen and understand the customer’s needs and desires, educating the community on the benefits of a healthy diet, as well as the articulating the importance of professional food handling, cooking and preparation.
David’s education includes an MBA, Management and Strategy, BS, Sales & Marketing, both from Western Governors University. David is also a Certified Sales Executive with Sales & Marketing Executive International.
Chef Chris Borden
Chris brings a strong depth of experience to the Fresh 'n Fit culinary team. His 17 year career began as Kitchen Manager in a high volume fine dining & bakery business where he gained a broad working knowledge in menu development, creating special menu items and ingredient ordering and selection. This fast paced environment proved to be a solid foundation as Chris accepted positions as Sous Chef and Head Chef at restaurants. These leadership roles within the food and meal preparation industry added to his experience preparing menus, training kitchen staff and creating a wide range of meals and menus with a variety of fresh ingredients.
Working at the The Georgia Club, Chris served as Head Banquet Chef on a detailed driven culinary team that became known for delivering tasteful meals that were fresh and utilized simple ingredients. The Georgia Club is a premier country club community that has a dining reputation with a "true flair for flavor." The seasonally updated menus included Southern comfort food selections as well as international favorites and daily specials.
Chris's most recent culinary resume includes managing a staff of 24 employees at a healthcare facility. There he worked daily with a team of dietitianswith a primary focus on creating healthy meals programs. Combined with full responsibilities of menu planning, training, food purchasing, quality ingredient selection and meal plan execution, Chris has an exceptional level of expertise to lead Fresh 'n Fit's culinary team.
Chef Brady Benson
Brady Benson was recently employed at several destination resorts including Kiawah Island Golf Resort near Charleston, South Carolina. Customer experience is critical at this exclusive resort, as is every meal prepared and served. As Lead Line Cook at one of the resort restaurants, Brady was responsible for quality and freshness food inspection, preparation of food items, food and cooking stations and other areas of the kitchen. He gained a thorough understanding and knowledge of safety, kitchen cleanliness and food handling measures.
In addition to preparing authentic cuisine, Brady brings a proven ability of using and maintaining all equipment in the food stations correctly, an important role in the specialized healthy meal plan industry and Fresh n' Fit Cuisine.
Brady is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY in 2012. The CIA is the world’s premier culinary college with gold standard education programs and world-class facilities. Brady is a recipient of the Culinary Institute of America's High Impact Leadership Scholarship and Culinary Trust Scholarship Award Winner.
Chef Haley Rehberg
Chef Garde Manger
Translated from French, garde manger means "keeper of the food." A chef garde manger is one that works in the cold foods area of the kitchen. As part of the Fresh 'n Fit culinary team, Haley's focus is on creating and preparing items such as a variety of salads, vegetarian meals, sauces, breads, scones, muffins and other breakfast specialties using all fresh ingredients.
Haley's most recent professional experience was a Pastry Cook at Kiawah Island Golf Resort, South Carolina, at Jasmine Porch Restaurant at the 5-Star, 5-Diamond Sanctuary Hotel. Her responsibilities included fresh to order food preparation for guests, baking and serving thousands of dessert items and assisted the highly successful culinary team hosting the PGA Championship, in August 2012.
During her college years in 2008-2010, Haley served as a Retail Intern and Bakery Intern at Young Life SharpTop Cove, Jasper, Georgia. These positions provided experience in the basic functions of operating a retail business, supervision and training staff members, and making baked good from scratch, including bread, cookies, batters and bars.
Haley comes to Fresh 'n Fit with an impressive educational background which includes degrees in Biology and Food Science and Technology. In 2012 she received an Associate in Occupational Studies (A.O.S) degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. The Culinary Institute of America has the world’s largest staff of American Culinary Federation Certified Master Chefs.
Chef Robin Reaves
With over 9 years of experience, one word can describe Robin’s talent as a Chef: versatile. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Robin worked many years at an upscale restaurant learning the fundamentals of kitchen management and becoming a chef. In addition to creating menu items for both the restaurant and catering business. Her responsibilities included cooking all menu items, creating lunch and dinner specials, creating fresh deserts from scratch, while learning all stations in the kitchen.
A vital aspect of working in a unique fresh and healthy food business like Fresh 'n Fit Cuisine is being a strong team member. Robin understands the value of listening to other industry professionals in the kitchen, working with a diverse talent base, while maintaining a high standard of meal quality and taste. Her foundation of experience includes hiring kitchen personnel, training employees at different positions, assisting with cooking classes and assisting with catering functions.
A pinch of training, a dash of knowledge, a spoonful of developed experience and a positive attitude is Robin’s key to culinary excellence!
Julia Lott MS, RD, LD
Julia has a Master of Science in Nutrition and a BBA in Marketing from Georgia State University. Julia is passionate about promoting wellness and healthy eating habits. She has experience counseling individuals with a variety of nutrition concerns, such as diabetes, renal disease, cancer, and weight loss. Additionally, she enjoys creating meals that are both nutritious and delicious to health conscious individuals. Julia is always experimenting with new foods in order to find innovative ways to incorporate healthful foods into daily life.
Prior to joining Fresh 'n Fit Cuisine, Julia worked as a clinical dietitian for the Wellstar Hospital system for two years. She helped develop and maintain nutritional guidelines for their patient menus. Additionally, she provided medical nutrition therapy to patients. Furthermore, she provided nutrition education to patients on their specific nutrition needs with a large focus on diabetes.
Customer Service Specialist
Zanna’s responsibilities are focused on interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about Fresh ‘N Fit meal plans, placing orders and to handle any questions our customers may have.
A great customer experience is critical to Fresh ‘N Fit. Having the best staff is key.
For the past 5 years, Zanna has worked in the fitness industry in both operations and sales. Understanding the customer experience is one of her strengths. Listening to customer needs, providing direction, and addressing the situation professionally benefits the customer and Fresh ‘N Fits ability to offer the best product in the market. Working the health industry is a plus for sound collaboration with our customers.
Prior to working in the fitness industry, Zanna was responsible for many aspects of customer accounts including training, financial reporting, maintaining sensitive information and documents, database management and data entry. Customer service, interacting with multiple departments, vendors and management has provided Zanna with a solid foundation in communications and customer service.
Zanna studied business administration at the University of Memphis, Memphis, TN.
