By using and purchasing products, services & goods from Fresh N Fit Cuisine, you, the consumer accept all liability regarding food preferences, any dietary requirements and allergies that you or any person consuming our products may have, by agreeing to these terms & conditions Fresh N Fit Cuisine can in no way be held responsible for any issues relating to the service, food, goods provided and you waive the right to any damages, or issues arising from consuming our products and you waive your right to any charge backs by using this service.

This website is written and produced for informational purposes only. Statements within this site have not been evaluated or approved by the Food and Drug Administration. This website is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Content should not be considered a substitute for professional medical expertise or treatment. We have done our best to have all information and ingredients correctly labeled on our website, however, we are human and may make mistakes in posting on our website from time to time.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

We cannot accept return of food for any reason.

Refunds may be provided on a case-by-case basis. Due to the nature of this food service, we do not guarantee or promise a refund will be made. To inquire about a receiving a refund, please contact us. In most cases, if a refund is issued, it may take the form of meal credits or a discount that can be applied to a future order. In addition, refunds may be subject to a small cancellation fee to recoup unrefundable processing fees.

Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to our weekly cutoff window (see the order page for the current week's cutoff). After the cutoff window, you may still cancel your order, but we will be unable to refund any portion of your payment.

Fresh N Fit Cuisine uses Stripe for payment processing, a secure PCI-compliant platform.
