All Fresh 'n Fit Cuisine™ menus work on a four-week rotating cycle. We change our menu 4 times yearly to incorporate seasonal fare – fruits and vegetables in the spring, salads in summer, pumpkin bread and apple crepes in the fall, and hearty soups and stews in the winter. We also source our ingredients locally, like Springer Mountain Chicken, which is featured across all of our menus. Our fruits and vegetables are all sourced fresh from local farmer’s markets and sustainable farms across the region.

All of our meals are fresh, ready-to-eat, and come in individual heat-sealed and labeled containers. Our Executive Chef and his team of culinary experts carefully create each meal, and our Registered Dietitian balances the portions within each meal to ensure proper nutritional balance. Our healthy mix, vegetarian, low carb, and gluten free plans include meals in either 1200 or 1800 calories per day portions, while our paleo menu comes in 2 portion sizes: Standard (5 ounces protein/7 ounces fruits/vegetables) or Beast (8 ounces protein/7 ounces of fruits/vegetables).

Fresh 'n Fit Cuisine meal plans follow the established guidelines and recommendations of health and nutrition experts. Our Healthy Mix and Vegetarian menus meet the eating guidelines of the American Diabetes Association, American Heart Association, American Cancer Society and The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Meals are freshly prepared, nutritionally balanced by our dietitian, calorie and portion controlled.

Low Carb and Paleo Nutrition Targets

For our low carb menu, each meal is a low carbohydrate meal consisting approximately 15% net carbs and 35-40% protein. While the paleo menu does not adhere to specific caloric targets, we do offer 2 portion sizes: Standard (5 ounces of protein, 7 ounces of fruits/vegetables) and Beast (8 ounces of protein, 7 ounces of fruits/vegetables). Fresh ‘n Fit Cuisine ™ offers 5 balanced, nutritious menus that rotate every 4 weeks: Healthy Mix, Vegetarian, Low Carb, Gluten Free, and Paleo. Want a little more variety? We also offer a Custom Meal plan—you design your own menu with over 300 meals to choose from!

  • Our Healthy Mix menu offers a wide variety of lean meats and seafood that can be tailored to your preferences. You can also choose from “No Seafood” or “No Beef” meal options.
  • Our lacto/ovo Vegetarian menu meals are low fat, low cholesterol, and delicious!
  • Go Low Carb with our Atkins-style menu! Each low carb meal contains around 15% net carbohydrates, and 3 daily low carb meals add up to just 40 net grams per day! This menu is perfect for individuals looking to fast track their weight loss program or increase their protein intake.
  • Reduce your intake of gluten with our Gluten Free menu. We build your naturally gluten free* menu with just one click.
  • Our Paleo menu offers fully organic, naturally gluten free, dairy free meals featuring lean, grass-fed, cage-free meats, wild caught seafood, and organic fruits and vegetables. Available in Standard or Beast portions.

Please note, our Premium Menu Choices—Low Carb, Gluten Free, Paleo, and Custom—have a $9.50 per week additional charge.

*Not recommended for individuals with celiac disease due to possible facility cross contamination with gluten containing meals produced in our facility.

Calorie Choices

Fresh 'n Fit Cuisine meal plans are available in either 1200 or 1800 calories per day. Consult with your physician, dietitian, personal trainer or one of our customer service representatives to choose the calorie level that will help you achieve your fitness goals. To ensure consistent caloric intake, meal plan calories are evenly distributed across Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Our Breakfast/Lunch and Lunch/Dinner plans are 800 or 1200 calories (for the 2 meals each day) while if you choose our Dinner Only plan, you will choose from a 400-calorie dinner plan or a 600-calorie dinner plan.

Our Paleo meal plan is available in 2 portion sizes: Standard and Beast. While the paleo lifestyle does not count calories, the meals are all nutritionally sound. The Standard portion contains 5 ounces of protein and 7 ounces of fruits/vegetables and the Beast portion contains 8 ounces of protein and 7 ounces of fruits/vegetables.

Plan Choices

We realize there are many reasons for choosing Fresh 'n Fit Cuisine™, such as weight loss, convenience of freshly prepared meals, or management of a chronic health condition. We keep these situations in mind, so our plans are designed to fit your needs. We offer three meal a day plans (breakfast, lunch and dinner), two meal a day plans (breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner) or our dinner only plan which is great for busy professionals, a companion plan for someone else in your household, or a step-down plan from one of our other multi meal per day plans.

Our 3 meals/day plans are available 3, 5 or 7 days per week. All other plans are available as a 5 or 7 day option. Just need meals part of the week? Choose our 3 day plan, or pick our 5 day plan for Monday-Friday meals and take the weekends off. Of course our 7 day plan is there to give you full nutrition support for the entire week.

We deliver meals to you FRESH each week so all plans, except the 3 day (Monday pick up only), have a Monday and Thursday pick up each week. On Monday, you pick up your Monday dinner through Thursday lunch, and on Thursday you receive your Thursday dinner through Monday lunch (weekend meals omitted for 5 day plans). Home/Office delivery follows the same schedule. If you choose our convenient FedEx shipping option, your meals will deliver to your door on Tuesday and Friday each week.
