Terms of Service
Welcome to the Fresh N Fit Cuisine website (referred to as “Fresh N Fit” “we” “our” or “Company”). This Terms of Service (“Terms”) applies to our websites (including www.freshnfitcuisine.com), branded pages on third party platforms (i.e., social networking services), mobile applications, and our direct marketing campaigns or other online communications and governs your purchase of products or services sold through the company.
Please review these terms before ordering any of our products. Use of the Fresh N Fit Cuisine website and ordering any of our products constitutes agreement to our terms. Fresh N Fit Cuisine and other marks indicated on our site are trademarks owned exclusively by the company. The use of these trademarks is prohibited if used in connection with the sale of any product that is not Fresh N Fit’s, in any manner that seeks to disparage or discredit Fresh N Fit or in any manner that may cause confusion among our customers.
All content on this website is the exclusive property of Fresh N Fit. Said content includes text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, digital downloads, and software. Our content is protected by United States and international copyright laws and we reserve all rights contained therein. In case of dispute or infringement, we will defend our rights to this material.
Ordering & Changes To Your Orders
For your convenience all orders are set to automatically renew (unless you have opted out during the ordering process) with the exception of our Create Your Own meal plans and Single meals. With Fresh N Fit, there are no long term contracts. If you did not opt out of the renewal system and would like your order not to renew please call or email customer service any time before 9:00 am on Tuesday (for orders with a Friday start date) or 9:00 am on Friday (for orders with a Monday start date) to impact the following week of service.
If you need to skip a week or change your meal plan, just let us know before our cutoff times of 9:00 am on Tuesday (for orders with a Friday start date) or 9:00 am on Friday (for orders with a Monday start date) and we can update your order for the following week.
All meal plans are prepared to order and delivered fresh therefore orders are nonrefundable after they are placed. Weeks owed on orders can be put on hold up to 12 months for you to use.
Our drivers carry a limited number of emergency coolers. If we need to leave one for your residential or business delivery, a $5 charge will be made to your account.
Meals must be picked up on the designated days. Fresh N Fit Cuisine cannot accept responsibility for meals left in the cooler beyond the specified pickup dates. Georgia Department of Agriculture guidelines require that any meals left in the cooler be disposed of when our driver returns for the next delivery.
A late cancellation fee of $25 on Dinner Only or Lunch Only Plans and $50 on all other plans will be applied to orders cancelled after 9:00 am on Tuesday (for orders with a Friday start date) or 9:00 am on Friday (for orders with a Monday start date) Friday.
Gift Cards expire 5 years from the date of purchase. Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash value.
