Choose your start date and number of weeks.

Choose when you want your meal plan to start and the number of weeks you’d like service. Order by 9am, Friday to begin the following week. For your best value, try our 4 week plan and you’ll receive a $20 discount off your order.

Step 2

Select your menu type.

Choose Healthy Mix, Vegetarian, Low Carb, Paleo, Gluten-Free or customize your ideal menu from over 300 meal choices. Then select your calorie count and meal frequency.

Keto and hCG Diet Approved meals are available through our Single Meals option.

Please note: Premium Menu Choices—Low Carb, Gluten Free, Paleo, and Custom—have a $9.50 per week additional charge.

Fresh 'n Fit Cuisine™ meal plans are available in either 1200 or 1800 calories per day (400 or 600 calories per meal), with calories evenly distributed across breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Don't need three meals a day?

  • Our Breakfast/Lunch and Lunch/Dinner plans are 800 or 1200 calories (for the 2 meals each day).
  • If you choose Lunch- or Dinner-Only plans, you’ll choose from a 400-calorie lunch or dinner plan, or a 600-calorie lunch or dinner plan.

Our Paleo meal plan is available in two portion sizes:

  • Standard: Each meal is 350-450 calories
  • Beast: Each meals are 500-600 calories

Pick your frequency

  • Three-meal-a-day plans (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
  • Two-meal-a-day plans (breakfast/lunch or lunch/dinner)
  • One-meal-a-day plans (lunch only or dinner only)

Our three-meals-a-day plans are available three, five or seven days per week. All other plans are available as a five- or seven-day option.

Healthy Mix

Traditional menu that offers a wide variety of lean meats (no pork) and seafood. You can also select "No Beef" or "No Seafood" options in the Healthy Mix menu.

Vegetarian

Our Vegetarian menu is Lacto/Ovo and features delicious meatless alternatives that are low in fat and cholesterol.

Low Carb

With only 15% net carbs, three 400 calorie low carb meals add up to just 40 net grams per day. This Atkins-style menu is perfect for individuals looking to fast track their weight loss program.

Paleo

These organic, gluten, dairy and soy free meals feature grass fed, pasture raised meats and poultry that is GMO and antibiotic free. All of these meals are perfect for most 30 day cleanses.

Gluten Free

Reduce your intake of gluten with our Gluten Free menu. We build your naturally gluten free* menu with just one click.
